Why haven't I received my e-gift card?

We wish to ensure that all of our Items members are presented with their e-gift cards! Here are some of the probable reasons why you might not have received it:

  • Your e-gift card might be hiding in your junk or spam folder. Sometimes Items emails end up there and so we recommend you to take a look there first.
  • It hasn’t been 24 hours since you redeemed. Note that gift cards can take up to 24 hours to be processed and delivered.
  • It is possible that your email provider might have blocked emails from Items as spam. You can add Items email id to your Safe Senders List to make sure that you are receiving useful emails from us!
  • There could have been the possibility of an error on our end. Please contact us and we’ll be glad to help you further with receiving your e-gift card.
