Ensuring our members receive their e-gift cards is one of our top priorities. Here are some of the reasons you might not have received it:
- Your e-gift card might have redirected to your junk or spam folder. Sometimes Items emails end up there so we recommend you to take a look there first.
- It hasn’t been 24 hours since you redeemed. Note that gift cards can take up to 24 hours to be processed and delivered.
- It is possible that your email provider might have blocked emails from Items as spam. You can add Items email id to your Safe Senders List to make sure that you receive useful emails from us!
- There could be an error on our end. Please contact us and we’ll be glad to help you further with receiving your e-gift card.
