All orders made through the Items app are directly processed with the merchant. If you encounter an issue in receiving your order, you will be required to directly contact the merchant’s customer support.
You can find all the information you require to reach their support, including your order number and the email address you used to place the order from your Profile -> Order History
1) Go to Profile.
2) Click on Order History.
3) Click on the Details of the product you have not received.
4) Click on Contact (Store Name)'s Support.
5) Choose the contact option to initiate communication with the merchant.
