You can update the email address of your Items account from your Account Settings page.

1. Click on Change email.

2. Clink on Send Change email link.

3.This screen will remind you to check your email so that you can update the email address.

4. After you receive an email from Items, click on Change my email. If you didn’t receive an email, make sure to check your junk and spam folders. If you still don't see it, please reach out to us.

5. On reaching this page, your present email address will be in the first box. Enter your new email address in the second box and then re-enter the same in the third box. Click on Change email to confirm the update.

6.Your Items account email address has now been updated successfully!

If you don’t have access to the email address that is presently associated with your account, reach out to us with the email address that you currently have listed with Items and the email address that you would like to use instead.

If you have more than one Items account, it is also merge all of your accounts into one!
