LIGHTWEIGHT & LOW PROFILE Designed for athletes seeking a lightweight, low-profile mouthguard that minimizes bulk while maintaining comfort during sports. CUSTOM BOIL-AND-BITE FIT The mouthguard forms to your bite using a standard boil-and-bite fitting process. Final appearance and fit depend on proper molding. PERFORMANCE DESIGN Unlike bulky traditional mouthguards, Zero-G is intentionally designed to be thinner and more flexible for improved comfort and breathing. IMPORTANT FITTING INFORMATION Proper molding is essential to achieve the intended fit and appearance. Incorrect water temperature or timing may cause the mouthguard to flatten or not form correctly. Carefully follow instructions for best results. CUSTOMER SUPPORT INCLUDED If you experience fitting problems or receive a damaged item, contact us for fast support, replacement, or refund assistance. The Zero-G Mouthguard is designed for athletes who want a lightweight, low-profile alternative to traditional bulky mouthguards. Built with a flexible and durable material, it delivers a comfortable fit while allowing for easier breathing, speaking, and hydration during activity. Unlike thick, heavy mouthguards that can feel restrictive, the Zero-G is intentionally designed to be thinner and less intrusive. This makes it ideal for athletes who prioritize comfort, mobility, and performance. The mouthguard uses a standard boil-and-bite process to create a custom fit. When properly molded, it forms a secure fit with visible teeth impressions on both the inside and outside of the guard. Achieving this result depends on following the fitting instructions carefully. Due to its ultra-thin design, the appearance and depth of impressions will differ from traditional thicker mouthguards, which typically concentrate deeper grooves on the inside. This is a normal result of the product’s lightweight construction and is not a defect. Improper molding—Getting the perfect fit may take 2–3 attempts. This is completely normal. Incorrect water temperature or timing—may cause the mouthguard to flatten, fold, or not retain its shape. If it has not folded, your Zero-G Mouthguard can be reheated and remolded several times until it fits comfortably. Still having trouble getting a good fit? WE’VE GOT YOU COVERED!
