Here is some more information on my books for those that aren’t familiar with my story. As a new Puerto Rican chef creator after Covid, I started this new journey with no experience, no guidance, and very limited resources. I have fought hard for a better future while living in unsafe environments. My first books Puerto Rico Food Recipes Part 1, The New Era Vol. 1, and Soup Season were intentionally smaller because I was teaching myself the publishing process while building my career from the ground up solo. So Rather than me creating one large cookbook, I chose to handpick 55 recipes that helped make me go viral across social media and turn them into a collection of books. These first releases represent the beginning of my journey that’s why they are different then other books I will be making about 10 recipe books, and each one was created and will be with love, purpose, and determination. Coming from humble beginnings, these books mean a lot to me & child it has changed our lives forever. They’re more than recipes they’re proof that dreams can become reality through hard work and persistence. This is the story of a chef from Lowell, Massachusetts, chasing his dreams one recipe at a time. Thank you all for the love, support, and for believing in me from the very beginning. By.
