Q: It didn't harden and bond like fireclay?
A: After the bricklaying is completed, it needs to be fired to harden and bond (Note: It must be fired once). Q: Applied a layer about 1 inch thick and smoothed it, but the entire floor ended up cracking?
A: Apply a uniform layer (approx. 3-5mm/0.11inch thick) to the brick surface. Align and tap brick to expel excess, ensuring full joints.
⚠️WARNING: If the refractory mortar is applied too thick (exceeding 5mm/0.19inch) when laying firebricks, it is prone to cracking. This is because the thick mortar layer lacks internal support points. This must be avoided. Product ingredients:

🔥 Core Applications (Fireplace & Stove Focused):
→Sealing & Joining Flue Tiles: Masonry & Fire Brick Repair Perfect for connecting, sealing, and repairing flue tiles in gas and wood fireplaces, as well as wood, coal, and pellet stove chimneys.
→Creating Smooth Firebox Walls: Can be used as a thin coating applied to newly constructed firebox interiors, providing an even, aesthetically pleasing dark gray surface while enhancing structural density. 🧱 Performance Highlights:
1. Easy Operation, Ready-to-Use: Simply add water and mix to achieve ideal working consistency – applies easily with a trowel!
2. Just Add Water - No Mixing Guesswork:: Pre-blended dry formula activates with water only (no special additives needed). Achieve perfect trowel-ready consistency in minutes.Includes foolproof mixing guide.
3. No Complex Curing Needed (Flexible Curing): Air-cures rock-hard in 24 hours. Achieves high strength naturally upon curing (no mandatory kiln firing required), saving you installation time. (Pro Tip: If subsequently exposed to the heat of fireplace/stove operation (bake-in firing), its final strength becomes even greater!).
4. Long-Lasting & Reliable: Specifically designed for the high-temperature, corrosive flue gas environment inside chimneys, offering reliable long-term sealing and protection. 🎨 Premium Finish:
Rich Charcoal Finish: Cures to a uniform, durable, and attractive dark gray hue.
