About the Author Ustadha Saaima Yacoob holds a bachelor's in English and a Master's in Education with a focus on Curriculum and Development. With over two decades of teaching experience, she has taught students of all ages. She holds ijazat in the ten canonical recitations of the Qur'an in the classical texts of Tajweed, Qira'at, and Rasm. She has published several works in the sciences of the Qur'an, but this is her second children's book. She lives in North Carolina with her husband and son.
