If the Wire Whip hits the bottom of the bowl or is too far away from the bowl.

Turn the speed control to “0”. Unplug the stand mixer.

Tilt the motor head back.

Turn the mixer height adjustment screw slightly counterclockwise (left) to raise the wire whip or clockwise (right) to lower the wire whip. Make adjustments so that the Wire Whip just reaches the surface of the coin and the coin moves as the wire whip rotates.

NOTE: If the screws are over-adjusted, the motor head may not lock when lowered.
