"The Luca" by Tabor Place is the safest & most well designed sippy cup for your toddler on Amazon Drinking from plastic is never safe: even if a plastic cup is "BPA free" it has chemicals that cause the same toxic effects that the FDA banned years ago. "The Luca" is the only cup where liquids NEVER TOUCH PLASTIC and is also spill-proof and well-designed. Other cups that are made with stainless steel or borosilicate glass, still use plastic straws - meaning your toddler is still getting toxic chemicals in their liquids. This cup comes with a slanted silicone straw - meaning that the liquids inside the glass never come in touch with plastic. The silicone straw is sturdy, flexible and reaches all the way to the bottom of the cup - helping you get every last bit of liquid. Our glass is odor-resistant - not like stainless steel which gets smelly after using This cup is super easy to clean - all pieces come apart quickly. Dishwasher safe (top rack only) The snap-on lid makes the cup spill-resistant and is easy to take on and off. The base naturally grips - designed to help it from tipping over. The handles are easily removable, so you can take them on or off based on your toddler's preferences. This cup also fits easily into most cup holders - specifically on strollers & car seats.
