High-Energy Primary Lithium Battery | 3.6V / 4100mAh Li-SOCl₂ (Lithium Thionyl Chloride) chemistry, engineered for ultra-low power consumption devices. Wide operating temperature range: -55°C to +85°C, delivering stable performance in extreme environments. Non-rechargeable. Do not charge. Globally Certified for Safety & Compliance Fully compliant with RoHS, UN 38.3, UL, and IEC standards. Certified for air transport, industrial applications, and international export—minimizing your procurement and logistics risks. Battery Appears Dead or Half-Charged? If the battery shows no voltage or low voltage immediately after installation, this is typically caused by voltage delay due to passivation. Once connected to a load, the battery will usually self-recover to its nominal voltage within moments. If recovery does not occur, contact us immediately for a free replacement. Factory Direct | Important: Battery Passivation Notice Li-SOCl₂ batteries exhibit passivation (a thin oxide film forms during storage, which may cause initial voltage delay). For optimal performance, we strongly recommend using the battery within 2–3 months of receipt. While the theoretical shelf life reaches 10 years under specialized storage conditions, we advise purchasing only what you need to avoid performance degradation from passivation. Global Technical Support | 20+ Years in Lithium Battery Industry With over two decades of specialized experience in lithium battery technology, we are committed to delivering expert product selection guidance and after-sales support. Lithium Thionyl Chloride (Li-SOCl2) Battery has high energy density, and its nominal voltage is 3.6 V. The bobbin structure is best suited for low current discharge.

Key Features:

1) High operating voltage, stable during most of the application lifetime.
2) Wide Temperature Range from -55℃ to +85℃.
3) Superior Shelf Life and Reliability: over 15 years shelf life at room temperature and self-discharge rate is less than 1% per year.
4) Energy type is bobbin structure and best suited for low discharge current. It may require activation before medium currents can be delivered.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Thanks to the passivation phenomenon lithium thionyl chloride's shelf life is up to 10 years.
The battery will "sleep" during storage so consume little energy (low self-discharge rate).
Before resume to normal operation, it requires a low discharge current then it will be activated gradually.
