High Compatibility with Gigabit Networks: Designed for seamless integration, this 1-meter fiber optic patch cable is ideal for connecting 1000 Base-LX and 10GBASE-LRM routers and switches to existing multimode cable plants. Its versatile design ensures smooth functioning with Gigabit network infrastructure. Dual LC Connector Design: The cable features duplex LC connectors on both the single and multimode sides, providing a reliable and secure connection. The duplex design enhances data transmission efficiency and stability, ensuring high-quality network performance. Easy Identification with Color-Coded Jacket: The single-mode leg of the cable is distinctly marked with a yellow jacket for easy identification. This coloring simplifies installation, as it needs to be connected to the transmit port of the single mode device for proper functioning. Advanced DMD Elimination Technology: Utilizing mode conditioning technology, this patch cable effectively eliminates the effects of Differential Mode Delay (DMD). By offsetting the entry point of the single-mode laser into the multimode medium, it ensures consistent, high-speed data transmission. RELIABLE DESIGN: Meticulously crafted to meet demanding everyday use. This 1-meter 50/125 mode conditioning fiber optic patch cable allows Gigabit 1000 Base-LX and 10GBASE--LRM routers and switches to be installed into existing multimode cable plants. This particular cable uses duplex LC connectors on the singlemode side and duplex LC connectors on the multimode side. The single mode leg is marked by a yellow jacket, this leg should always be plugged into the transmit of the single mode device in order for the connection to function. Mode conditioning fiber patch cables eliminate the effects of Differential Mode Delay (DMM) by offsetting the entry point of the singlemode laser as it enters the multimode medium.
