【Uses Your Grill’s Built-In Height – Same Indirect Heating Without Legs】 - Most ceramic grills (Big Green Egg, Kamado Joe) already have a grate that sits several inches above the fire. Our legless heat deflector rests directly on the grate – the heat rises evenly underneath, then spreads around the perimeter. Same indirect heating as leg versions – extra legs don’t improve low & slow cooking, they only add cost and potential break points. 【Simple, Reliable Design – No Glued-On Legs to Worry About】 - Competitor deflectors have legs that are glued onto the ceramic – a known weak point that can loosen or break over time. Our stone is a solid, one-piece design with no fragile attachments. Just place it directly on your grill grate and cook with confidence. 【Perfect Fit for Large Big Green Egg & 18" Kamado Grills】 - Measures 18" outer diameter (fits Large Big Green Egg), with a 13" inner cooking circle and 3/4" thickness. Compatible with Kamado Joe, Char-Griller Akorn, and most 18" kamado-style grills. Please measure your grill's interior before ordering to ensure proper fit. 【Creates True Convection-Style Indirect Heating】 - Place this stone between your fire and food, and it diverts heat evenly around the perimeter of your grill – just like a ceramic conveggtor. Perfect for low & slow smoking (brisket, ribs, pork butt), baking pizza with a crispy crust, roasting vegetables, or even baking bread and cookies. 【Reversible & Easy to Clean – Lasts Twice as Long】 - Legged deflectors have only one usable side. Our legless design is flat on both sides. When one side gets stained or develops a natural patina, simply flip it over – like getting a new stone. No hard-to-clean crevices around legs, just a smooth surface that wipes clean easily.
