Pastor Jordan shares thirty-one short chapters for anyone currently leading a ministry, a business, or a team. Drawing upon a lifetime of experience, these chapters are spiced with personal stories of Jordan's finest (and not-so-fine) moments to illustrate such topics as: Ask Forgiveness, Permit Questions, Do Your Homework, and Honor Former Leaders. Perfect for taking a month to read and pondering a chapter each day or sharing with your church and/or Sunday school staff. J. Mark Jordan joined the pastoral staff of the First Apostolic Church, Toledo, Ohio in 1973 as assistant and associate, and has served as Senior Pastor of the church since 1983. He is a graduate of the University of Toledo, (B.S. Human Relations, 1983), studied two years at Texas Bible College, and traveled over four years in the evangelistic ministry. Pastor Jordan lives in Sylvania, Ohio with his wife, Sandy. He has three grown children, Ryan (wife Megan), Ross and René. He finds time to write books and contribute to several periodicals in between pastoring, organizational duties, and travel. After being a family man, his greatest joy is sharing his heart with his congregation.
